Tablet of Calling

An ancient stone tablet made long before written history. It has old runes carved into it. When a living creature holds the tablet, the runes begin glowing weakly.
It holds a magic message that can be activated by tracing the correct order of runes with a finger. Only extremely powerful creatures can hear and understand the message this tablet sends out when activated.

This message is short and to the point, those that hear it will know the power necessary to build such a spell and will find it hard to resist this call.
The message states: "Come".
