There is a lot of debate about what these dangerous beings are but one thing is clear, they are agents of Beliar on a specific mission. They always have a deep hazy voice when talking.
They are a rare sight, when they are spotted out in the open it can mean something terrible is about to unfold.

It is said they possess dark magic powers and even have a way to turn regular people into more Shadows of Beliar.

Anatomy

These beings have the shape and size of humans but they are always covered in a mage's robes. Studies by scholars have concluded that these robes are actually part of their body and not regular textiles these beings are wearing.
