Hermit's tree house

A lone hermit lives in the forest here, in a wooden tree house high over the forest floor. When one gets close enough, one can smell the smell of warm food and fragrant tea emanate from his home.

A hermit by the name of Colin Crumps lives in this tree house in the forest, twenty feet above the forest floor. The tree house is fairly large, built on a sturdy platform that spans the limbs of four large trees, and has a rope ladder he can drop from the edge of the platform to admit guests. The house occupies most of the space, as an uncovered porch, four feet wide, winds all the way around the actual house.
The people local to the area often come to him when seeking aid with diseases and illnesses, they trade him food, alcohol and clothing for his help and medicine.
