Beliars realm

The realm of Beliar. It is said to be the place where all the evil in the world goes once it has been killed.
A place with twisted and dark vegetation, black stone, flowing rivers of lava and a black sky; said to be a never ending landscape. It has been mentioned that almost every evil one can imagine exists here in different states of being; the souls of murderers and cursed people exist as shadows here to be tormented for the rest of eternity and used as magic energy by Higher Demons.
Even Higher Demons are in constant danger due to the wildlife present here.
Some texts speak of a political climate slightly resembling that of the overworld with demon lords fighting over resources, territory and status under Beliar.
Only the magic of Beliar works in this realm.
