Ytarrii

Ytarrii the Creator   Ytarrii is the king of the Alingatarr and the ruler of creation in Tarr Erolusca’s stead. He is the original creator of the Tarriin and is the one who ordered the Alingatarr to meet and create the Tarriin. He also brought Tarr Erolusca into being in the form of the great Pillar of Tarr and then he carved the world of Galafrinas onto the pillar in order for the Tarriin to then go and shape it.   As the creator, he can bring create life in its fullest form, give them full sentience and immortality, something his fellow Alingatarr, often named as his brother, Tilanosh could not achieve, leading to his downfall. As Tarr’s first created and most counciled in his teachings, he was given the greatest authority over creation itself, and all his Alingatarriian and Tarriin were subject to his very own will. He was also the dearest Alingatarriian to Tarr, whom he spent time with before the Annenúrë teaching him about creation and his vision.   Attributes   Ytarrii was the most well versed and most thought of in the mind of Tarr, though none but Tilanosh knows this and is one cause of his betrayal. Tarr appointed Ytarrii to be the viceregent in Mithrondas aswell as Atûm and everything that lay within, he was the Emperor, The King of Kings and Queens and creation was his power, in all forms life and death.   While he was the overarching King, he named the Tarriin, Gleddienne to rule Galafrinas as he was unable to enter the world in his Alingatarriian form, this was one cost of being an Alingatarr, they are confined to Mithrondas. However, they can look through the Vendatusaténa (T: The High-Seeing Pillars) or they can visit in a lesser form, often cloaked figures subtle and weathered. Ytarrii has been known to do this many times, where as his brother Tilanosh wandered into the Anornauglum, where dreaded creatures dwelled, further corrupting his mind.   As the dearest to Tarr, and the Ruler of Creation, he was beyond good and evil and acted only as planned by Tarr, while cities may burn and innocents die, if it is the plan of Tarr, seldom will he intervene to stop it. While he wandered Galafrinas in his physical form, he befriended many of its peoples, especially the Faldin, whom created him with open arms when they first awoke, yet he was already very old in appearance and the world was still so young. They asked him many things and he answered to their inquisitiveness and told them stories of the world and versed them well in events previous. They believed he was some form of god, though they knew no such beings existed at the time and he came to love them. Their arts and poetry inspired him, also he loved the Fenyr gods and their love of nature, and he became great friends with Sadafyr, whom he later made the herald of the Alingatarr Forzant, whom came to intrust him with the knowledge stone.   Though he intervened little in the early days and once much later on, his worst intervention came when Tilanosh was dwelling in Kaurthangal, his Tower above Rand Kaugroth, he came to him in the form of an old man, as he came through the dark halls and foe infested chambers, he came to the throne room of Tilanosh. He pleaded with Tilanosh and told him to stop his madness and return to Mithrondas for judgement of his actions. Tilanosh refused and grew enraged, he fought Ytarrii there in the high pillar of Kaurthangal, Tilanosh almost destroyed Ytarrii but Tarr intervened and had him glimpse Tarr’s original form before creation began, Tilanosh was appalled by the sight and retreated away. He went and hid in Tasum deep in the chasms until he found out that a great Tarr Stone had been placed there years before. This led ultimately to the decimation of Tasum and the creation of the Archipelago of Heradimon, a now prosperous civilisation.   Ytarrii sought endless forgiveness from Tarr and was met with only silence, from then on he intervened only when Tarr bid it allowed.   History   When Tarr first bled Ytarrii was the first drop of blood that fell into the well as creations feet, and also the first to be embodied, he was also the first to escape and spent the longest time counciling with Tarr. Due to this Ytarrii understands Tarr’s thoughts best of all of the Alingatarr, and so is the dearest to Tarr.   Ytarrii was the chief architect of all creation and denied Tilanosh the right to rule it because while Tilanosh was the greatest in might, Ytarrii was the greatest in authority with Forzant as the close second in command.   However, Ytarrii showed a great concern for the wellbeing of Tenelotäs because he had feeling for her, unnatural to any Alingatarr and completely forbidden as a seventh Alingatarr would cause chaos to creation. Instead they let their secret love fall behind their duties and would carry on serving Tarr, he also became worries when Tenelotäs journeyed out into the Anornauglum, to create the prison for Tilanosh when he is captured, he sent Morf Zinun to protect her and guide her through the Anornauglum until she completed her task. Upon returning he was overcome with joy and still remained saddened by the forced ignorance of their lust for one another.   Over time he became frustrated with not being able to love despite the power he wielded and so counciled with Tarr whom gave the same answer that he could not otherwise chaos be upon them. Instead he journey as an old man and wandered the world to get a rest from his duties. He found himself in the mountains of Rand Kaugroth and sensed his brethren Tilanosh nearby and was stricken with worry that he had made it into creation.   Here he would intervene and Tasum would be destroyed as a result. He immediately returned to Mithrondas and began creating a being of which would serve not as an Alingatarr nor a Tarriin but an outside force of great power. He brought Tenelotäs with him and together they took the Tarr stone and fused the being with it, giving him power and sent him into the world. However, the being was made with haste and anger in the hearts of those who made him and the being would know evil and good, but would not be above them both. He would be named Tarros-Menthar-Lir.   Varmàlak’s Defeat   Tilanosh now known as Varmàlak, after he punched the continent of Tasum and obliterated it, would eventually be discovered by the Alingatarr and Tarriin. A great cataclysmic battle would ensue between all races of Galafrinas and the Tarriin, Eitor would end up betraying Varmàlak and take his Elemental Gem for himself, the Vellyr gods would also betray the Fenyr and rule Emmendell. Varmàlak would duel with Tarros whilst the entire forces of the Tarriin fight off the terrible Dagarnir elemental monsters of darkness that came from within Golothmar. Once they were defeated they sought out Varmàlak but could not find him, the intervention of Ytarrii whom appeared to them personally as the old man but greater and more divine and told them of the duel on Emmandell.   Varmàlak would then be assailed by all the Tarriin and in the last moment when hope for the Tarriin seemed lost, Eitor betrayed Varmàlak and stole his Elemental Gem, and fortified himself within his own realm. The Tarriin wrestled Varmàlak and Titanus and Manthar cast him out of the world, then Luxoria and Velënya wrestled with him further until he reached the confines of the higher airs and with a final stroke, Velënya cast him into the deep Anornauglum, where he fell into the prison made for him.   Etymology   Ytarrii is intended to mean “He Divine Beyond Knowing” in Tarrgima, but it takes elements of Alingama such as Y- meaning One or He/She. Though it is not his Alingatarrian name more than it is the name the Tarriin gave him or referred to him as when they were on Galafrinas. his Alingatarriian name is Dor-Elti-To, meaning “World-Creation-Father” in the alien tongue of the Alingatarr.   He has no other known names and no one prays to him as he is outside of all knowledge aside from the Tarriin and Attanborr who gave him the same name.
