Description

Gzhongk apprentices are various Raider and Refiners who decided to accept the offer and master their control over the Flow under the direct study of Grandpa Gzhongk.
Only the already skilled and strong willed Raiders and Refiners were allowed to become apprentices.
And while Gzhongk always had some Flow ready to experiment with, the apprentices were expected to fetch their own Crystals and resources. As such, the apprenticeship is also expensive. Costing what some would consider a fortune.

Forming and joining of new members

The forming of Gzhongk apprentices was a result of Gzhongk being the last known living Blossom ghost. Council of Planners decided his knowledge were too rare and important to be lost in unfortunate event.
As such, the Gzongk agreed that he will be picking apprentices and teaching each of them some fragments of his own knowledge. He claimed that if all his knowledge would get to arrogant mind at once, it would lead to disasters. Council of Planners was reluctant at first, but agreed, as even these fragments are better than nothing.
The apprenticeship lasts for 20 years, as Grandpa Gzhongk travel from one grand Atocite to other during the Conjunction of grand Atocites. During each of his visits, he handpicks those he is willing to teach, even if it would be just one person.
He always finds someone worth the attention, and even if someone would not believe it, even the most stubborn and arrogant people can change under Gzhongk guidance.

Expectations and benefits

Apprentices were expected to find their own ways of getting the necessary resources for studying. So even when someone was offered to become the apprentice, they had to refuse the offer as they could not afford it.
Granda Gzhongk is a Blossom Ghost, and as such needs to consume Blossom crystals. His apprentices are expected to fetch these crystals for him as a payment for the teachings. Luckily Planners always consider Blossom crystals for Ghzongk as commission, so Raiders often work together to gather them.
After the hardship of studying under Grandpa Gzhongk, the student's control and understanding of the Flow skyrocket. It is common to see the students master complex concepts of the Flow during the first few years, and then they proceed to develop their own abilities under Gzhongk guidance.
