Goulash of Maturity

You probably remember how you tasted the Goulash when it was your brother's turn to become the Raider, right?
This year, it will be you who can decide what will go into the Goulash. We are looking forward tasting it.
Just, don't poison us all, okay sweetie?

Description

Goulash of new Raiders is an recipe, during which all Raider which went through The Rite of Maturity provide something from their Raid.
  This serves multiple goals.
The Raiders experience the system of commissions from Planners.
They learn to quickly find the necessary information in books and scrolls so they know how to fulfill the commissions.
The Raiders experience the need to adapt so that their goals can be achieved in the area they are raiding.

The Ingredients

The common ingredients of Goulash are meat, vegetables, some spices, and a lot of time.
All these are available in The Ground below. The time requirement is easily met, considering that the first raids start in the early morning, and the last ones happen in the early evening. Sometimes the raids are going on for the whole day.   The morning groups are often the prominent best of the young Raiders, so they are tasked with getting the required meat. Along with meat, they are also offered a multitude of spices for the Goulash, available for herbs from which these spices originate.
This ensures that the spices are available for the recipe even though the processing of the herbs takes time and should be prepared before the cooking started.
Groups raiding around noon, consisting of a mixup of the best and average Raiders are asked with gathering vegetables for the Goulash. Their optional commission is gathering more meat, which will provide different textures considering the difference in the time it has been added.   The last group, Raiding during the afternoon, has its entire focus on herbs, fuel, and other peaceful gatherings.
Meat is optional for them because considering their abilities, combat may not be suitable for them.

The procedure of cooking

The Goulash is cooked in a few big cauldrons and is expected to feed not only the Raiders but also their families and people who helped with their gear.
The cooking start in the morning, as the young Raiders wake up, the cauldrons are brought together and water starts boiling.
After the first Raiders returns, the meat is promptly prepared, combined with spices, and added to the boiling water.
As the second group returns, the vegetables are selected and added to the mix during the upcoming afternoon.
The last group's additions are in the form of spices and a few more herbs. Thanks to them, each cauldron can have a significantly different taste.
