Morn Amblecrown - tattooist. In jail for vagrancy. Is a half orc spell-wrought tatooist from Ember. Ended up in Roscoff after he was comissioned to do a big piece in Basinant. Is an alcholoic and a bit of a gambler. Ran out of money and then was arrested. 25 g to bribe Banor Hoosan otherwise he will be sent to a labour camp.
