Plague of Orcs
Yerog the Tainted One is the big bad orog cleric of Yurtrus who wants to spread disease and pestilence throughout the realm so that he can raise an orc kingdom from the ruins of the other races by the year's end and is having difficulty achieving his goals by spreading disease because of an upstart band of healer misfits that have begun curing the sick.

-Finding cure plague material components/magic items/ingredients
-Cleansing the land/water
-Escorting the healers to different destinations
-Delivering potions to sick
-Defeating orc war parties that have begun ransacking diseased villages

Why: because his god will smite him and his followers if there is no kingdom by the year's end
How: By weakening the surrounding kingdoms with disease so the orcs can take over
