During the Calamity Era, Parisco:
provided shelter, food, and medical aid to Refugees from all over Clolst
provided arms, armor, and medical aid to the Khae Thalor and Rebel groups in Iresari and other Cloltian cities
In the New Era, ~500 NE, Parisco stopped providing arms and armor to the Khae Thalor and largely demilitarized his store, though he still carries some arms and armor and is happy to provide repair and enchantment services on nearly any item.
