Talkos
Talkos is a nation near the coast to the south of Wallia
that borders the Autumn Forest. It is ruled by
emperor Gerald Talkos who uses demonic sacrifice to harvest the life
force of his citizens and captives to extend his own lifespan unnaturally as well as making him more powerful. He primarily
rules through force of arms, with demonic servitors and undead forming the majority of his security forces. High
necromancer Rayla raises the sacrifices and other dead as undead soldiers, which they use to conquer their neighbors, while undead
farm the little food they need to feed their elites, nobility, and the artisans who supply them and their war machine.
Talkos has conquered a half-dozen small kingdoms over the last century and has now declared war on the Autumn Forest and Wallia, as a result of which the goddess Emadir sent Evelyn to fight for Wallia.
