Purple Hills

Purple Hills is a region of Peldra and the site of what has become known as the Massacre of the Purple Hills.

When one of Peldra's generals claimed that he'd had Evelyn's parents killed, she lost her temper and released a huge blast of wild mana which devastated the region. Since then it has been a series of glassy craters where reality simply doesn't work right, and the magi say that the ley lines running through the area have been twisted into knots.

It is believed that the soul of the general is imprisoned in the Purple Hills, hidden deep beneath the surface, sealed in the tangle of ley lines.
