Galactic Calender follows the 365 day - 12 month cycle of Horizon. Dates using the galactic calender are usually followed the initials HT or GST for Horizon Time and Galactic Standard Time respectively.
Local Time is organised on a planet by planet basis, for example Envis has a 28 hour day, including the timezone on the planet itself, time is written like so.
