Asteria

I have seen many wonders on my travels. The mountain peaks of Alahorn, the lush grasslands of Ilgerya, the depths of the Borough Sea. Even the great flying city of Celibar. But amongst them all the greatest joy was to return back to a place I could call home.— Avras Melibar
The World
Asteria is a world full of magic and dangers. Created by the gods thousands of years ago, Asteria circles the great star Vetra accompanied by its three moons, Kos, Lenis and Eril. Flying cities and cultures deep below the mountain ranges await one here.
The People
Humans, elves, dwarves, halflings and many other creatures have found a home in Asteria. By far the most common race across the world are humans. Though at the same time there are many places where you won’t find a single human for miles.
The Magic
Magic is in all things touched by light and darkness. Even within some peasant household’s you’ll find common magic. Many nations allow the study of magic only for those of noble blood. Though Mage Academies are allowed to make exceptions.
The Adventures
The Heroes of Old serve as examples to young men and women striving for greatness. Many consider their adventures to be fairytales or at least questionable. Though one can never know. As such many strive to head out into the world to make a name for themselves.
