Structure

The Republic is ruled by a parliament made up of representatives of each of the six founding city-states. Each city has three representatives who may vote in any of the matters regarding the state, as well as a special seat reserved for their own leader of their city.

Preserving peace within its borders, while keeping those who would intrude upon those borders from doing so.

History

The Republic was formed at the end of the war between Felt and Evergreen. Their battle had long been the last remaining war waged among the city-states and no other state wanted to get involved. Instead, people listened to a proposition that had been laid out many years prior by, the now legendary, Lin Vasma. She suggested that the six cities band together to create a coalition that could govern over the lands within the natural boundaries that surrounded them. After several years of delegation, the proposition came through nad the Republic of Thorns was founded.
