The Librarian

The Librarian has two duties: gather and protect as much knowledge as possible while also categorizing it exquisitely. He's such a control freak that his reserves of troops follow a perfect schedule of where to be and at what time, while needing to stand in a specific way to maximize security within his wing of the fortress.
He is a cyborg who is unfathomably intelligent and knowledgeable on the world of Asphodus, he himself has catalogued all the information that The Legion has collected in The Observatory.
He is one of the few in The Legion who is not an Ashenkin, he was hired by Atlas and is payed well.

History
The Librarian taught Chip back when he was a grunt as a hobby, he has taken a liking to Chip's ingenuity. Chip looks up to The Librarian and will constantly try to impress him.
