Foothills

Foothills is one of the fifteen provinces of Austur. It's neighbouring provinces are Ravaant to the west, the Diamant Hills to the south, and Biashara to the east. The Foothills are also one of only three provinces connected by Chaka's Curtain and the River Ora to the north.
The capital city of the Foothills is Catric, the legendary city at the bottom of The Cascades.
