Arancar

Arancar is one of the fifteen provinces of Austur. It's neighbouring provinces are Biashara to the west, Uplands to the north, Midlands to the east, and Patria to the south.
The capital city of Arancar is Refuge Point, the second youngest capital city in Austur.
The province of Arancar stradles the River Rothum on the western side of the Arche as well as a significant portion of the Highwood and stretching south of the Rothum almost to Laspuar.
