Vast, stormy, and full of ample chance for gold and glory, the Bowlsea is the largest body of water in the Oscana region, and is surrounded by the lands that give the Adar's Bowl its name. The Bowlsea is a seawater inlet of the Stormy Expanse, and seems to have inherited its storminess as well. It has a maximum known depth of 4352 m (14189 ft) in the southern Shrieking Trough, and an average depth of 674 m (2211 ft). There are also, however, a myriad of shallow shelves and inlets noted for their marine life and corals. This sea is called home by countless vertebrate and invertebrate species, as well as plentiful varieties of corals.
