The “Royal Class Force of the Order of Pura” (often simply known as The Class Force) is a small band of individuals under the leadership of Xkoll, a Viridian who once served the Lost Kingdom of Pura. His followers consist of Simab, Elayne, Raevyn, Lloyd and Maki.
The Class Force are mortal enemies with the Pirates (Black Diamond Trade Federation) and have an unusual competitive relationship with Kil’Kenny and the Privateers.

Structure

The Class Force is designed after the Old Class Forces of the Kingdom of Pura. The structure emphasizes each individual utilizing their personal strengths to work as one. The six different “types” or “classes” are as follows:
[Xkoll] Warrior: One who is skilled in a vast array of weaponry and armor. A frontline fighter. Oftentimes the leader, due to their ability to lead the charge and hold off the enemy while in retreat-- As well as their study of battle strategy.
[Elayne] Healer: One who is skilled in the art of healing, usually possessing special gifts that allow them to heal others with the touch of a hand.
[Simab] Rogue: One who is skilled in stealth and reconnaissance. Often used as an information scout or to break in and out of difficult situations. Due to their speed, also guards the back of the other members of the class force.
[Raevyn] Ranger: One who is skilled in navigation and distance weaponry. Rangers are often used as terrain scouts or guides, knowing best how to forage and hunt. In battle, they act as snipers, picking off the enemy before engagement begins or guarding their fellow’s backs when in retreat.
[Lloyd] Bard: One who is skilled in morale, people skills, and discernment. They often do not see much fighting, but they do work nonstop to keep the class force unified and to help them in every day situations.
[Maki] Super: One with the ability to unlock their energy in a wide array of fantastic displays of energy. Especially explosions and force shields. Supers are usually on the front lines with the warrior, healer, and rogue, taking orders directly from the leader to destroy his chosen targets.
In the Ancient Order of Pura, these six components were displayed as equal and necessary for the survival of the others. Xkoll, the warrior leader, has done his best to carry on this tradition.

Public Agenda

The Class Force’s core purpose is to fight pirates and preserve as much as the Order of Pura amongst themselves as they can. This is hard to achieve than since Xkoll is the only one who actually remembers the Lost Kingdom of Pura.
Their goal of ridding Pura of pirates and slavery is, unfortunately, even harder to fulfill. A six person force, though powerful, is unable to fully root out the intricate networkings and hideaways that the pirates hold under their control. To Xkoll’s constant frustration, the Former Pirate and rebel upstart, Kil’Kenny, is doing a much better job rescuing prisoners and restoring the swamp than he is.
Another unspoken goal and one foremost on Xkoll’s mind is to discover what happened to the kingdom of Pura. However, explorations for this objective have continuously come up short.
Perhaps another reason the six have joined together is for comfort, camaraderie and purpose amongst a bleak and hopeless situation. Out the four, this may be the only purpose the class force has managed to succeed on.

Assets

The Class Force have minimal resources.
Beside Xkoll’s engineered Pura staff, all their weapons are usually handmade or looted from their enemies. Each probably has 5 gold among them at the most.

History

1680 - Xkoll rescues Simab from pirates as they were hanging. Simab swears to serve him and repent from his thieving ways in response to a promise he made to Elyon as he was being hung to death.
1689 - Xkoll finds Maki unconscious on Alte Rynn. She is not only the first pure-blooded Elfe he has seen for centuries, but also in the possession of a ring that he recognizes as his lost love’s. However, the child can remember nothing. He quickly takes her under his wing and cares for her in hopes that he memory returns.
1690 - Raevyn escapes from Pura Sanctum and finds shelter with the three. His past and experiences confirms many of the suspicions Xkoll has had about the cult and the possibility that they have something to do with the disappearance of Pura. Xkoll allows him to stay.
1690 - Lloyd is discovered lost in Pura Swampwoods and is accidentally kidnapped by Simab. Quite pleased with his current surroundings and enjoying the opportunity for adventure, Lloyd insists on staying and becoming their bard. For the first time Xkoll begins calling their group a Class Force.
1692 - Elayne is rescued from a slave barge, vicious and half mad. The Class Force nurses her back to health. When her healing abilities are discovered and Xkoll hears she has nowhere to return to, he offers her the opportunity to stay with them. She complies, feeling safe under Xkoll’s protection and begins training under him. The Class Force is officially formed.
1693- The famed Assassin Mort D’Ange targets a prisoner the Class Force was trying to rescue. Simab is nearly killed and the prisoner dies.
1700- A Weyr is called. Maki is sent to Middlemarch.
