The Inquisition

Founded by Vox Prima Apellina in the wake of the Ascension War, the Inquisition exists to enforce the unity of faith in the Divinate. Primarily tasked with rooting out heresy, the Inquisition has become the primary intelligence agency of the Divinate and their most feared religious police. An inquisitor visiting a town or village means that the denizens put on their best and ensure their conformity, lest they feel the fires of the stake.
