Dwarf

The Dwarf (Dwarven) people are a somewhat short and stocky folk, standing at a range between 4'2" and 5'2" most commonly. Dwarves possess a great deal of strength relative to their smaller statures, Both Dwarven men and women are known for growing prodigious amounts of hair, which scholars believe is due to the cold caverns of their ancestral homes. Dwarves mature at the same rate as other peoples, and the oldest of their kind can live well into their 300s.
