Claiming to be the son of the last Jarl of Khizan, Ingolf Baldursson has risen to become the commander of the exiled military of the lost city, now turned mercenary company, the Khizansguard. It is said he promises his soldiers that when the time is right they will march to reclaim their homeland once and for all.
