Soul Speak
- Bella can communicate with any being that has a soul telepathically. This is a direct and perfect form of communication; the speaker and listener understand each other’s intentions completely.
- This ability works at any range within her plane of existence, but she must be in direct contact or in the presence of the person for physical communication.
Actions:
Multiattack: Bella can make two melee attacks or one spell attack with her Death Hand (magical touch attack).
Death Hand:
