This westernmost region of the continent of Nemidd, is home and birthplace of the most magical humans, the Keltoi. They have been in power of their homeland for 19 years now and the new queen Amellia Vostoria rules her lands as her mother did. Keeping magic for all races who seek it. The Rune council governs the laws of the land and makes sure those who seek magic follow the laws of magic. Those that go against the laws of magic are quickly out down. The cold war against Selynar continues. The law that no highborn is allowed within her borders is very much a focus of its people. The capital city Starlium is home to many races, many of these races were apart or have relatives that fought for Vostoria during the Risen war. The college of Magics is the prize of the city. Within the city the strange force travels within her walls. Strange sightings of creatures have been reported for many weeks now. Lord Durance has dismissed all claims.Structure
The royal queen is the major law of the land. The queen has two advisors, these advisors are given the title hands of the queen. The left hand of the queen is called the Daggers and the right hand of the queen is called the patron. The "daggers" are the intelligence of the queen. They arm the queen with vital information on any "guest" in her country or nearby. They spy and sabotage foes of Vostoria. The king main job is to protect the borders from armies and known threats to the country. The king has NO say in the happening of country, though his advice or ideas are usually aspirated by the court. The "Patron" or right hand does all the diplomacy on behalf of the queen, when she is otherwise busy elsewhere. The patron also has the power to sign a written law for the civil laws for Vostoria. For advice of the magical nature, the Arcane Dragon is a title given to those wizards who have truly proven themselves to be a mage for the people.Assets
The Queendom's biggest financial gain is making the Arcane University. Here anyone may learn to craft their own arcane formulas or improve on published grimoires already written and stored in the great Library of Arcane arts. Vostoria is also home to at least 9 different wine vineyards. Mead is usually a home brew at local taverns, each tavern with their own flare and taste.World Codex
History
In the year 508 ACE was the beginning of the "Risen War". Which the people living under the rule of the Shilen elves. rebelled against their masters. The risen war lasted seven years. 515ACE the risen war ended. the it was about five of rebuilding but one person, one woman lead and unified many people under one banner. Kimber Vostoria. So, the Old Selynar name Byrnaire, was out and later in the rebuild years the country and all of its people called it Vostoria. Vostoria was founded in 516 ACE and is home to the Keltori people. Lurkins and Lupins share the southern lands. While the Elysorri elves share the northern lands, this is especially in the Black Forest.Maps

Starlium city
The great Capital of Vostoria, the queendom of Magic. The home of the Keltori humans and lupins wolfkind people. Other people call Vostoria, but it is not the original land of those people. Such as the Elysorri elves of Blackforest anf the lurkin cat folk people. -
Lion's Fall
The capital in Hy' Gate principality, the main naval force of Vostoria is based here. Which becomes led by the greatest sea captain that Vostoria will ever know. Comidore Isabellia, the Iron Maiden, who has been seen working with the Vigilantly Crimson Rose. -
Principality of Carn
The iron city if Carthain. A clock worker's haven. the city is a major export of clockwork devices to other Principalities. The Watch is the knights and investigators of all the inhabitants within the city. Every crime or at least the ones they find or are report to the watch. They do everything they can to maintain order and peace with the city. Mages that are a part of the Starlight mage guild, are all licensed practitioners and may do their magic within the laws of the guild. -
Storm Glenn
Home to many Wizards' towers scattered around this principality. Many of the export of magical good come from Storm Glenn. Especially the main export storm crystals. -
