The iron city if Carthain. A clock worker's haven. the city is a major export of clockwork devices to other Principalities. The Watch is the knights and investigators of all the inhabitants within the city. Every crime or at least the ones they find or are report to the watch. They do everything they can to maintain order and peace with the city. Mages that are a part of the Starlight mage guild, are all licensed practitioners and may do their magic within the laws of the guild.
