War of Inserection

The Thadian Empire thought the new queen of the magical queendom was a child trying to play ruler. The emperor Ortho Marius first sent clever priesthood disguised as Arch-Mages to first infiltrate the Rune Council and then assigned the others as high ranked mages. After that they would quickly overcome the Mage guild in the Principalities. Have a new rank as the arcane dragons, removing power from the current Arcane Dragon Byron Corbyn. The plot of turning the mages and become an influence in Vostoria was away to invade and take over the country with minimum bloodshed. But the Coo failed, and the true invasion had to be forward instead. Ortho Marius thinking this new country is not fully established yet or have enough power to do anything to stop him. So, he came at the new queen with his best.
The Established government tried to control the free people of Vostoria. Little did he know the people had already freed themselves from one empire. They will free themselves from another. If the Thadian empire wanted Vostoria, they were going to have to take from every Keltori, Lupin, Lurkin and Elysorri elf in Vostoria. To people of Vostoria, they have a ruler, the queen, whose last name is the same as the country's. Her and her line will never give up.

Things that came out during the war:

When one of the Arcane dragon's (arch-mage) of the mage guild in Storm Glenn. Got the mages there to be organized and proper jobs were assigned to the proper ranked mages. Later was discovered she was an Albion in disguise. She found that she loved being in Vostoria and liked how mages were not just instruments of the political leaders. This lead her betraying the empire and swearing allegiance to queen Amelia. She lead many mages to be prepared and kept them organized for the armies of the Empire. Behind the scenes Jowet (the Spy master, head of the Daggers.) recruited and send many on very dangerous jobs. Some were sent on to find the pieces of the artifact. Dragon's bane. A legendary artifact that was not only capable of killing a great Wrym dragon, but also can neutralize magical items it hit. If someone was wearing magical armor. The magic in that armor would be cut off from the user for a duration. Jowet also sent many out to deal with enemies hiding in plain sight and traitors to the crown. An olde enemy of the Keltori was still alive. He was a mage kept alive by a magical potion that was made in an Artifact, the Cauldron of Cerridwen. The cauldron made any potion in it become potent and extremely powerful.  This Legendary artifact belonged to the Beast Folk of the Laurel lands. It was stolen during the risen war. M.R. ( ) was eventually taken down at the beginning of the war.

The Conflict

Prelude

The Arcane Dragon Coo that attempted to bring down the Mage guilds in Vostoria was the beginning of Albion invasion. The Thadian Empire was making their move. The queen had sent many of her contacts and employed a draft of her people to fight. ' Down South strange things were accruing. Strange sightings of dragons and wyverns spread quickly, and many adventurers paid the Utherdrakes to slay many of the dragons that were discovered in the Laurel lands.

Deployment

The Iron Maiden was free and employed under the queen to take down as many of the Thadian ships as she wanted, with no reprimands. She also, began the first draft. This employed any adventurer and capable fighter to the front lines along with the fresh Lion Guard. The King's Lion guard was sent North to the Principality of Glenmore. There he defeated many bands and watched his hometown wiped off the map by the Albion army. He pushed forward towards the coastal town of Opal. The Queens personal Elite guard was first sent to

Battlefield

The biggest and Bloodiest battle in the war was less than a mile away from Davin town. Over 10,000 fighters and adventurers died protecting Vostoria on the grasslands. The grassland field was later called Taimoor field. The wise old druid shielded the people of Davin with his sacrifice. Turning into the Giant oak tree hugging over the town. The war down south in the Lauriel lands fought bravely and held the line before the queen and the king's armies came to their aid. The beast folk was hit the hardest in the war. Their totals came to 100,000 beast folks. Lurkins, Kobolds and Lupins alike. The human and elves that fought along aside them before the Calvary of the queen and king of Vostoria came was in the 14,000 deaths. This was mainly because of the dragons and the magics of the Shilen Army that wreaked havoc across the lands. Two druid groves that were used as shelters for the villagers and towns people were completely destroyed and no survivors. The queen and the King lion guard must show up in order to keep the alliance of the Beast folk Nation.

Conditions

Thanks to the brilliant aid of the Clockwork guild. they were able to muster a cure against the blighted mist used by the underhanded Shilen elf's alchemist and mages. The queen's blade and her leadership were able to defeat her enemies on the field. The queen's spymaster moved many adventurers and spies behind the lines to weaken the Albions and the Shilen foes.

The Engagement

After the Queen dealt with Commander Coffee of the Albion empire. She had to rush to Lauriel lands. They have been it multiple times by the invading Shilen Empire. That have used their magic and the might of their dragons to defeat many Beast-folk armies and their allies.

Outcome

Though the battle of Grey Rock was the victory battle for the queendom, the Glenmoore Principality was in need of a lot of rebuilding that had to be underway for the people. The tax that the rest of Vostoria was under lasted longer than was promised which made the people unhappy, but many understood. The people still felt the pain in their purses.

Aftermath

The Thadian Empire yielded at the battle of Grey Rock in 18th of Coil and the following day a General Martin Coffee signed a peace treaty, and it was sealed by the emperor, who begrudgingly, signed and sealed the treaty that Vostoria will not be simulated into the empire now or ever. While the line of Marius was still alive.  Though the treaty brought peace back in the queendom. There were now a lot of orphan children to handle.

The Portrait:

The bard Victor Vani painted the queen in the mist of the battle of Grey Rock. When the Vostorian people saw her hold up the banner. She stood on the rock unafraid of the Empire. Her act inspired them like she was telling them that this battle will be ours!
