The Undergrounders
The Undergrounders is a small organization in Blackstar which has been known to incite civil unrest. Not much is known to those not part of the organization.
Public Agenda
They want to release Blackstar from the tyranny of The Golden Conclave, they should rule so there can be equality and prosperity for all.
History
When the Golden Conclave came into power, the autoritarian regime that was being masked by 'democracy' (in the eyes of the Undergrounders), they knew something was off. They felt like they could do better. Their leader would create a better city with more equality.
