They has never been caught, since no one knows the true identity of Syn. No one knows the true face of Syn Hernadin. This makes it hard to catch them. The true reason that they is hard to catch is because they is already imprisoned in Falkhar Prison. They has a nice room there and no one knows if they has left or not. The guards know not to go to their cell after they is in there.
