Sigmund Evermoor is head of the staff at the Theithos College of the Dewin and the brother of Rosaline Evermoor the shopkeeper of the Ruby Rose.
Sigmund used to be the professor of Illusion magic at the College but after a new law by the Rhufein Empire made the practice of necromancy and illusion illegal, he was removed from his position and put as the head of staff at the college.
This would spark a certain discontent to the Dewin and the Rhufein Empire, as he believes that they only care after the institution that they represent. He believes many of things the Dewin has done is wrong and would like to see a change in leadership.
