Brandy Hovarth is the innkeeper of the Average Aboleth, the most famous tavern of Capital City. She has connections with a lot of the guilds in Capital City. Many important nobles of the Rhufein Empire visit her inn, as well as the artists of the Honorful Harp. She has quite a lot of influence and has gained respect as she always works in the bar with her staff. This is to show solidarity with her workers. She isn't really part of a guild but she might dabble in those willing to give her what she needs. Her goal is to stay at the top whatever it takes. She is also a member of the Conglomerate of Honor.
