Whisperqueen

Whisperqueen is the official title of the ruler of Faer Xuruth and the chairman of the Council of Names Talthalra d'Kaaseel. Its currentholder is Yelnelis Thandris. While important decisions are made by the council as a whokle the Whisperqueen is responsible for all the general decisions done for the city.
