The title of Dawntaker is given to the leader of the thieve's guild The Hands of Dawn. It means absolute power over said guild and the assurance that no one would dare to oppose your ruling. The current holder of the title is Klaus Hagen. He is the one who brought his old guild from the old world and gave it the new name of The Hands of Dawn.
