Portsend

City to the northeast of Uftlon in the Draak'thor Massiff on the shore. Portsend is a small (1745 inhabitants) fishing village whose most notable claim to fame is being the landing site of the first human settlers to come to Arrhysnia.  Under the city lies the ancient Catacombs of the First Wave dating back to those first human settlers which is largely abandoned.  In addition to it's historic importance, the community has a reputation for producing high quality pottery pieces and is considered to be a strategic protected asset by the Dwarven Kingdom.
