Nalena, Goddess of Twilight

Nalena is the Goddess of Twilight and came from the first lightning bolt to hit the world. She is one of the gods of the Arrasgoth Pantheon. She was created from the shadow of the lightning bolt whilst the light created the other half of her, Azahd, Goddess of Light.
She cares about all the shadow in this world, both physical shadow and metaphorical shadow such as sadness, despair, isolation. She works in tandem with her other half, both of them sharing their domains between each other. When twilight is gone, light stands in her wake, and vice-versa.
Nalena blessed the world with the night sky and the stars. She created the day and night cycle that exists on the world.
She is neutral in alignment, like the majority of the other gods in her pantheon. She believes that the absence of light should not be feared but embraced, and does not judge the actions of mortals.

Divine Domains

Nalena is the deity of the Twilight Domain. She oversees everything to do with the absence of light, from shadows of people to the dark underbelly of a city. She also oversees all those with darkened emotions, like sadness and despair. She will intervene with mortals when she needs to, but normally in spiritual form rather than mortal form.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Nalena's divine symbol is the shadow of a lightning bolt hitting the ground. She is the goddess of all that is dark and of the day-night cycle. Her symbol is seen across Arrasgoth but has no particular place it is seen most often. The colour of her symbol is grey and so her followers wear grey in their religious garments, or add grey to their accessories.
