Stormsea

The Stormsea is the body of water that connects the eastern ocean to the Tryvyum Sea and separates Duva and Novad. Weaving through the eastern portion of the Stormlands and across its norther edge, these waters are treacherous and frequently churned up by the violent storms that pass through the regions. Even the most advanced Seafarer are lost to these seas, preventing anyone from venturing east. According to most maps, Stormsea, in combination with the Stormlands, form the eastern edge of the known world.
