The Unerring Hawk Sylas Caspin Fenheart (a.k.a. The Hawk)

The former lord of Aynor, Sylas "The Hawk" Fenheart was once the leader of the Tri-Lord Alliance that has since collapsed after his subjugation under the 14th Lord. With strong ties and loyalty to the royalty of Eregoth, Fenheart found himself at the center of a war between himself and Lord Farin Oakenshield; seeking to end the civil war and place himself and the royal family back into the seat of power, and in turn end the long war with the rival nation of Keldan.
However, things did not go as planned. Aynor was destroyed by Oakenshield trebuchets, and Sylas was demoted to the rank of a knight in service to Lord Sozkeden Valkar. He bears the brand of the Burning Lash in the center of his brow, and must stay out of its range of influence or fall to the power of its bearer.

Personal history

A true prodigy, Fenheart spent almost his entire childhood in study as he trained to become the youngest graduate from the Blake School for Diplomacy. With very little time for pleasantries, he lacked a social life for most of his youth, however, after graduating he went to become the ward of the Iron Wall Straight, where he befriended an old elvish captain, Darius. The two became quick friends and climbed the ranks together. Upon becoming Lord Fenheart, Darius was appointed as his right hand; when the civil war began, Darius then became the lead general in Fenhearts army.

Education

Taught by the tutors of House Blake, he trained there for seven years before he went to become the ward for House Damerion for twelve years.

Accomplishments & Achievements

At the age of nine he successfully ran two raids into Keldan territory. By the age of 11 he was the chief military officer of the Iron Wall straight. At 15 years old, he successfully negotiated peace contracts between House Damerion and Valen Maru. Two years later he became the youngest graduate of the House Blake diplomat program. He was then granted stewardship of the Summer Islands at the age of 20. Finally, when his father died at the age of 64, Sylas Fenheart became Lord Fenheart.

Failures & Embarrassments

He lost control of Hawk Island to the Oakenshields and never got it returned to him. He has never been able to have an heir.
