Keyleth Shava

Archdruid Keyleth Shava (a.k.a. Southwinter)

Keyleth is a Wood Elf Druid who follows the teachings of the Circle of the Moons. She spends most of her days with a pack of Dire Wolves while in the form of a Winter Wolf, and lives in the forested hills north of Red Lake.

General Physical Condition

Lithe but robust Wood Elf, weathered by centuries of life in the wild. Alternatively, a large Winter Wolf with silvery white fur and a frosty maw.

Personal history

Keyleth's watch over the woods north of Red Lake has lasted centuries, and she has overseen the lives of many generations of her Dire Wolf pack, who treat her as their alpha. While not usually one to be bothered about the outside world, she was contacted by a ranger named Rolen during the Battle of Red Lake about the threat posed by House Oakenshield. Convinced of the danger, she led her pack to harry the flanks of Lord Oakenshield's main force for a time, but was ultimately driven off. Following this, she brought word of the events to the venerable and mighty Theraska and petitioned him for intervention, but was ultimately unsuccessful at persuading him in time.

Education

Studied the ways of druidcraft under the guidance of mighty Theraska, the legendary Dire Bear.

Morality & Philosophy

As a Druid and native to the woodlands of Eregoth, Keyleth believes in the balance of nature. She believes that it is nature's way for all creatures to strive and grow strong, and that one should not save that which fails to save itself.
