The port city has 20 defensive towers that protect it's harbor and 10 feet thick walls that interconnect them all at every point except for the main gate. Underwater is protected by Sharkaan, Merfolk, Seabolds, Clawfane and Sea Elven mercenaries.
Industry & Trade
The city thrives on several industries: Smuggling, Assassination, Theft, Spying, it's world class Brothels and Fighting Pits. If there is anything that bets can be placed on, the Cabalia has it's take.
Infrastructure
Exceptional. It is by far one of the most beautiful cities in all of Arelia. Everything is of superb quality. Most especially it's docks are incredibly accommodating to all ships of all nations.
Assets
Here one can find taverns of varying qualities, brothels capable of attending to every desire, fighting pits, black smiths, jewelry shops, tailors, libraries, pet stores, writing supply stores, instrument stores, cobblers, alchemists, herbalists and mercenary guilds.
Guilds and Factions
When it comes to the Cabalia, information is hard gained. Suffice to say this, in Attramentum, there is only the Cabalia and those they permit within it.
