Wilberg

Anyone who might see Wilberg on a map would be justified in asking why it exists. It is a port city of respectable size, found at the very tip of the Spiral Sea where it touches the Yash Bayakar Mountain Range, its naval power is greatly outmatched by the capital city of Gestadt. It is home to the Mariners' College, one of the greatest academies in all of Olveiria, where it is said great and ancient secrets of the world's creation are hidden. Its position between the two halves of the continent lends it a certain mystique, yet the greatest mystery attached to it seems to be just how is it able to survive modern economic forces.
