Skarthrok
An independent city state and port town in the Bitter Sea, Skarthrok rests on Rotchkai Point in the Mhyrychas Desert, along the southern end of the Bay of Mhyr. The Skarthroki are a relatively reclusive and secretive people (though nowhere near as much as the Luharese), but their harbors are still a common stop for seafaring merchants, as the Skarthroki are generally viewed as the greatest glassworkers in the world (rivaled perhaps by Klafur Haz in Suna).
