Onniq (White)
Also called snow onniqs, the white onniq is a new breed intended for colder climates. Even larger than its cousins, it is relatively docile and easy to manage in other respects.
Snow onniqs are already finding homes along the southern cost of Celoria, and a handful have been imported to Khabar as well.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Large, centralized bodies, with long necks and large heads, enormous legs ending in three-toed feet with deadly claws. Onniqs also have huge, sharp beaks, making them ideal for combat (if the rider can properly manage them). Their plumage is voluminous and almost shaggy.
As expected from the name, white onniqs have white feathers, with greyish trim along their wings. Their beaks and claws are yellow. Albinism is still common amongst this breed, but their size and the shagginess of their plumage makes them easy to differentiate from albinos of other breeds.
