New Vilbium
Oft called the Second City, New Vilbium was the second settlement taken by Calphus the Conqueror during his founding of the New Orckid Empire.
Resting at the source of the River Viltarros, New Vilbium functions primarily as a collection center for all the foisons of the Vivanto Vounties, funneling much of the land's wealth downriver to Vedevenda City to enter commercial transit in the Bitter Sea.
