Eowon
Though technically not a part of the Wild North itself, Eowon is every bit as chaotic and war-torn. Like Garvejon and Mosia, Eowon is run by whatever warlord is currently dominant, but due to its proximity to Viis Zoroth, Monos, and Vaina, it is even more politically unstable, and dominant forces change almost weekly.
