In the centuries since that time, however, Bagni Canta has recovered brilliantly, thanks to consistent support from the chief clans, its distance from most Milosian conflicts, and (ironically) its imposed distance from the seafaring trade wars of the Triangle Sea. In the centuries since they fell from dominance, the Roiling River has earned its name, becoming a dangerous rush that cannot support merchant cogs. Yet this has not stopped Clan Risnigh, the lords of the Western Wastes, from eying the coasts with thoughts of the future.
