Though his fiefdom of Timber Town is near the capital, Lord Aric has left his brother Godrey in command of the town, so he himself may focus on his duties to the king.
Never was there a more loyal and obedient son than Aric Capall. He was raised on stories of the now legendary Lord Rissard Capall, how his steady rule had created stability in a land endangered by weak rulers and corrupt counselors, and (perhaps most importantly) how his sons' refusal to follow his example nearly destroyed their family in the time between the Third and Fourth Brothers Rebellion.
