Crossroads Gang

This band of outlaws and adventurers coalesced in Overwater at the time its population began to explode and become a permanent outsider settlement.  They originally seemed to be more interested in protecting the new suburb, than in criminal activity.  Although they did undertake criminal adventures to fund themselves.  They were also frequently at odds with the Paladins of Vell and other forces of the City of Vell.  
Eventually the HAWKMASKS saw them as a threat to their hold on the riverfront, and attacked Overwater.  This lead to an open war between the groups.  Eventually the GLADITORI allied themselves with the Crossroads Gang, and together they effectively reduced the Hawkmasks to a minor organization around the docks.
