He is the younger brother of June Ann Charles. He is two years younger than her, and ten years younger than Harry Benjamin Charles (his older brother). He is closest with june, not only because of the age gap, but also because of Harry's difficult nature. His middle name is William, after the crown prince. Arburgian parents love to name their children after royalty. His parents like to call them their little prince.

He is quite good-looking, and has had many girls interested in him. More on that in the Social section.
Body Features
He has a scar on his left shoulder srom when he fell of a horse at the age of 13 and broke his clavicle very badly. With it, he got a deep cut from falling on a sharp rock. He also has a small, heart shaped birthmark on his right ankle.

Education
He, unlike June, had the covetted privilege to attend the local school. He knows how to read and write, and he took an interest in Geography. He had access to some books about it, but he didn't get to read as much as he would have liked.

He is not employed yet, but he wants to become an architect.

When he was younger, he had a prominent lisp on the 's' sound, but as he grew older, his mother worked on getting rid of it with him, and now he barely lisps anymore. It only gets slightly noticeable when he gets into a rage, which rarely happens anymore.

He comes from a lower class family, and they have never been wealthy. However cliché it may sound, his family was rich in love as long as he could remember.
Romantic interest
He is, as mentioned before, very good-looking, and he has not lacked interest from girls in the past. He, however, has not decided whom he wishes to court and woo yet. He has had several crushes in the past, but none very serious yet.
