Disbandment

When they were heading toward the skyport to board the airship to Imperos, Iris and Seraph heard a familiar voice call their names. They turned around and there was Chloe, Iris' mom, and their "uncle" Yelro, a close family friend. They had come to get Seraph and Iris because Seraph's mother wasn't feeling well and Chloe was worried. Seraph and Iris said goodbye to Nyx and Yeissal and went home with Chloe and Yelro.

Nyx and Yeissal headed to the skyport, now with two tickets that would not be used by their friends. Conveniently they saw a tiefling woman arguing with a cargo ship captain about passage. Nyx offered her a ticket for free but Yeissal insisted that he should get paid at least a little bit. So the tiefling, Matty, gave them a bit of gold for the two tickets.   At first it hadn't been evident why she needed two but then, out of a ring she was wearing came a fire genasi. Azzabin introduced himself and got his ring back from Matty.   They boarded the Crown's Call together and later that day the four of them played The Winding Path.   When it was time for a meal, Yeissal found out that her betrothed, Gael, was also onboard and that he was looking for her. He shared with her some uncomfortable information that her father had told him, although Heska hadn't given a lot of detail and some of it was just theorising from Gael.
