Amos Bernard Goodall

Nicknamed the soft Abbot because of his fluffy appearance, Amos is the Abbot of the Arborian Revelers. A Hobgoblin of the Goblinnoid species he towers over most people though few find him intimidating instead likening him to a golden retriever. He seems to not take his role very seriously but endanger the stills or any of his fellow monks and you'll find out very quickly this is not the case.

Appearance

Being a bugbear Amos towers over most folks but still manages to give off an energy of calm and peace. His large bovine like horns and overall fluffy appearance have had some compare him to a large fluffy bull a moniker he does not deny or strive to live down. Amos spends most of his time in his Abbot Robes and he is never far from a stein, glass or flask.

Personality

Amos has big golden retriever energy, kind to a fault and always jovial to one and all. The one exception to this is in dealings with the Church where a dark pale seems to come over Amos. He is acutely aware of the deal that was made by his predecessors for their continued existence but it's clear he does not like it

Background

Amos grew up in the The Old Stills he was an orphan taken in by the previous abbott when he was but a boy. So it should come as no surprise that he loves the monks and other support staff that work there like they were family and indeed he treats them as such.

Relationships

There are steamy rumors that Amos is in a secret relationship with the brewmaster Renala Sheppen but no true confirmations as of yet.

Allegiance

Amos and by extension the Revelers maintain a cordial relationship with many of the other companies in the First Ring though none more so than the The Green Cloaks and often Amos is seen having a drink with Lucius Columbus Fleming the Commissioner.

Abilities

Amos has no need for fighting or fisticuffs but a lifetime of hauling massive barrels of alcohol have left him with near god like strength
